A MADIMO Customer is a legal entity, an organizational unit without legal personality, or a natural person who concludes a service contract with MADIMO.
2. Conclusion of the contract
- A contract with MADIMO is concluded upon placing an order.
- Orders are accepted in writing and by e-mail: office@carryhandle.store
- Each order must be confirmed by MADIMO in writing or by e-mail.
- Placing an order means that the Customer accepts these Terms & Conditions.
- The order should contain detailed information regarding the type of service, quantity, deadline, price and delivery method.
- MADIMO prepares an individual quote for each order. If for any reason the quote cannot be prepared in whole or in part, the service will be settled according to the general price list in force on the day the order is placed.
- A quote prepared by MADIMO is valid for 7 days, unless the Parties agree on a different term.
3. Preparation of files and materials by the Customer
- Files delivered for the service should be in 1:1 scale and in formats: .pdf (Adobe Acrobat), .cdr (CorelDraw) or .tiff, .jpg, .png (Adobe Photoshop, flattened layers). We also accept files from Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), .ai, .eps (Adobe Illustrator) and PostScript .eps, .ps.
- Files should contain a 3-5 mm bleed and cut marks, be prepared in the CMYK colour space, with a minimum resolution of 250-300 dpi. All fonts should be converted to outlines (curves).
- If the Customer needs an accurate colour reproduction, a sample/proof made using a similar technology should be provided with the order. A colour proof can also be prepared for an additional fee.
4. Materials received from the Customer
- Materials entrusted by the Customer, needed to perform the service, will be returned to the Customer at the time of collection, unless the Parties agree otherwise. Collection of the service also means collection of the materials.
- MADIMO is liable for damage caused to entrusted materials only up to the value of the material itself. MADIMO is not responsible for materials not collected at the time of service collection.
- By placing an order, the Customer declares that they are entitled to use the materials they provide for the performance of the service. The Customer is liable for any infringement of third-party copyrights regarding such materials.
5. Performance of the service
- MADIMO undertakes to perform the service reliably and professionally, with due diligence, in accordance with the order.
- The service deadline may be extended for reasons beyond MADIMO's control (including machine failure, power cuts), of which the Customer will be informed each time.
- If for any reason the service cannot be performed as specified in the order, MADIMO will promptly inform the Customer and propose an alternative way of performing the service.
6. Payment and collection
- Payment for the performed service takes place at the time of collection, in cash.
- Payment by bank transfer to MADIMO's bank account is possible, but only after prior agreement and establishing the rules of such payments.
- MADIMO reserves the right to withdraw consent for payment by bank transfer in the event of late payments by the Customer.
7. Complaints
- Complaints may be submitted within two days of the collection of the service and must be made in writing. This deadline does not apply to a Customer who is also a consumer.
- A defect in part of the service does not entitle the Customer to complain about the whole service.
- The condition for examining a complaint is the return of the entire part of the service to which the complaint relates.
- MADIMO is liable only for defects resulting from its own actions, failure to exercise due diligence and non-compliance of the performed service with the order.
- In particular, MADIMO is not liable for defects in the service if they result from:
- incorrect preparation of files or materials provided by the Customer, especially not in accordance with §3 of these Terms & Conditions,
- incorrect selection by the Customer of the technology in relation to their needs and expectations.
8. Final provisions
- These Terms & Conditions form an integral part of the service contract.
