This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for protecting personal data of Users using the carryhandle.store website.
The Controller declares that it processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR — Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
Not accepting this Privacy Policy allows you to use the Website but prevents you from leaving your personal data or receiving services. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

What data do we collect?
The personal data we collect and process includes: first and last name, e-mail address, phone number, company registration data.
Why do we process your data?
Users' personal data is processed in order to conclude and perform a contract for the provision of electronic services — when the User uses such services:
- Responding to messages sent via the contact form on the Website.
- Sending marketing information and offers, conducting correspondence by e-mail, phone calls or traditional mail.
- Profiling to help tailor messages and offers to the User's interests.
Providing personal data is voluntary, but it is a condition for concluding a contract for electronic services. By not providing personal data, the User loses the possibility of being provided with services by the Controller.
Based on a separate consent, personal data may also be used for other purposes. In such cases, the purposes are always specified in the consent.
The User voluntarily decides on receiving marketing content. Not providing personal data for marketing purposes results in not receiving such content.
What is the legal basis for processing your data?
The legal basis for processing Users' personal data is:
- The need to process data to conclude and perform a contract for the provision of electronic services.
- The legitimate interest of the Controller, consisting in handling correspondence and responding to messages.
- Where the User expresses a wish to receive marketing content concerning the Controller — the necessity of processing data to pursue the legitimate interests of the Controller, i.e. carrying out marketing activities concerning the Controller.
The Controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country.
How long do we keep your data?
We store personal data for the period in which the User uses our services. After ceasing to use the services, the User's personal data (first name, last name, e-mail address, phone number) will be kept for an additional 2 years for the purposes of handling complaints and claims related to the use of those services.
Personal data processed to respond to messages sent via the contact form will be stored for 2 years from each message received.
Your rights as a User
The User has the full right to decide to what extent their personal data is used. The User has the right to:
- request access to their personal data, correction, deletion or restriction of processing,
- data portability,
- object at any time to the processing of the User's personal data, including profiling and direct marketing,
- withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time, if processing is based on consent; the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of that consent before its withdrawal,
- lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Poland).
The User may withdraw consent to receive marketing content at any time. It is enough to use the mechanisms available in the marketing content, e.g. clicking the unsubscribe link, or contacting the Controller.
To whom do we disclose your personal data?
When collecting personal data, the Controller grants direct access only to authorized Employees, Subcontractors and Entities providing services to the Controller (i.e. accounting, legal, audit, IT and technical support services), and only to the extent necessary to perform services commissioned by the Controller.
Users' personal data may be transferred to entities authorized to receive it under applicable law, in particular to the competent judicial or law enforcement authorities.
As a rule, your personal data is not transferred outside the EEA (European Economic Area). Transferring your personal data outside the EEA may, however, take place when it is necessary to perform your service, including when the performance of the service requires the participation of Subcontractors based outside the EEA.
Security
Personal data is stored in a database that uses technical and organizational measures ensuring the protection of processed data adequate to the importance of the stored personal data, in accordance with industry standards and guidelines of the relevant authorities, and in particular with the GDPR.

The Website uses cookies — small pieces of text information stored on your computer, tablet or smartphone. They are saved by the server on the computer of the person visiting the Website. The Controller gains access to the information contained in them for statistical purposes and to ensure the proper functioning of the Website.

The Controller uses the services of third parties for statistics, improvement and analysis of the Website. Third parties use cookies and are entities such as Google, Facebook, Hotjar, YouTube. Our Privacy Policy does not regulate the rules of cookies used by third parties.
